Roasted Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat the oven to 400. 2. Cut cabbage into 6-8 wedges depending on size (leaving the core intact). 3. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Toss cabbage with olive oil and garlic. 2. Place on a baking tray and bake for 40 minutes, turning halfway through.
