Prep: 1. Preheat grill. 2. If using wooden skewers soak them. 3. Cut onion in half and then into wedges. Cut pepper into 1-inch pieces. Make: 1. Toss veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on skewers, alternating between mushroom, pepper and onion. 2. Place on grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness.
