Grilled Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Preheat grill. Make: 1. Drizzle whole peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 2. Place peppers on grill and grill each side (let's say peppers have 4 sides) for 5-7 minutes. 3. Remove from grill and slice.
