Prep: 1. Cut tomatoes into eighths. 2. Slice onion. 3. Peel, pit and slice avocado. Make: 1. In a bowl, toss tomatoes and onion with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar. 3. Lay avocado slices on top and scatter with fresh basil leaves.
