Prep: 1. Juice limes. 2. Shred cabbage. 3. Thinly slice radishes and chop cilantro. Make: 1. Whisk together lime juice and olive oil. 2. Mix shredded cabbage, radishes, cilantro and vinaigrette. Add salt and pepper to taste.
We like to make this first and let it sit while preparing the rest of dinner to give it a chance to rest a bit.
