Prep: 1. Grate ginger. 2. Mince garlic. 3. Roughly chop peanuts, basil and cilantro. Make: 1. Heat olive oil over medium heat add ginger and garlic and stir for one minute. 2. Add ground beef and soy sauce and stir cooking for about five minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve: Layer lettuce, then ground beef, sprinkle cilantro basil and peanuts on top.
If you want a little extra spice also top with sriracha.
