Prep: 1. Slice chicken, cucumber, onion and dill. 2. Juice lemon (need ~3 tablespoons juice). Make: 1. In a bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. 2. Fold in chicken, cucumbers, onion and dill. 3. Divide chicken mixture evenly and serve with yogurt.
