Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking pan. Make: 1. Place the water, olive oil, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. 2. Mix in the flour and salt. Once mixture is holding together well pour onto a floured surface and knead for about 3-5 minutes. 3. After kneading, section into 12 balls. Place the rolls into prepared pan and let rest for 10 minutes. 4. Bake for about 10 minutes, until the tops start to get golden.
These shockingly easy rolls rise extremely quickly because you start with extra yeast and sugar. If you prefer to avoid the sugar you could also use 1 packet (1 1/2 teaspoons) of rapid rise yeast.
