Prep: 1. Preheat grill to medium. 2. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Flour a clean surface and roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick. 2. Mix garlic and olive oil and brush raw dough. 3. Place dough on grill and let cook about 5-7 minutes on each side, watching so that it only chars a little. 4. Serve!
