Garlic Broth

Ingredients

  • 6 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced into coins
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger, smashed
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

Prep: 1. Slice garlic and carrot. 2. Smash ginger. Make: 1. Bring broth, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and carrots to boil. 2. Cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Like it spicy? Add a sliced red chili!
