Prep: 1. Cut parsnips, apples and butter. 2. Grate 1 tablespoon of orange peel. 3. Juice 1 tablespoon of orange juice. Make: 1. Preheat oven to 450. 2. On a baking sheet, combine parsnips and apples. Dot with butter. 3. Roast until tender, about 30 minutes. Stir half way through. 4. Toss with orange zest, orange juice and cinnamon, season with salt.
