Make: 1. Grease a coffee mug. 2. Mix and together all the ingredients with a fork and pour mixture into mug. 3. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Check it. Cook in 30 second intervals until mostly set 4. Cover with a cutting board or plate and turn upside down leaving the hot mug over the bread. Let sit like that for 5-10 minutes. 5. Pop out of mug gently and slice.
This super fast bread is great for breakfast, snack, or as a quick side for dinner. To shake things up try using apple sauce in place of the banana.
