Prep: 1. Combine the herbs, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Add the chicken breasts and turn to coat. 3. Cover with plastic wrap. Let marinate at least 30 minutes or as long as overnight. Make: 1. Heat a clean, oiled grill over medium heat. Grill the chicken until just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.
