Herbes De Provence Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 chicken cutlets (about 1 1/2 pounds total)
  • 1 tablespoon herbs de provence
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Make 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Sprinkle chicken with the herbs de provence and salt and pepper, to taste. 3. Working in batches, cook the chicken until lightly golden and cooked through, about 3 minutes per side. Add more oil as necessary.
