Ingredients

  • 2 pounds yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 cup non dairy milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoons sea salt, to taste
  • 1 teaspoons onion powder, to taste
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Boil water for potatoes. 2. chop potatoes into large pieces. Make: 1. Boil potatoes until soft, about 15-20 minutes. 2. Drain and mash the potatoes. 3. Add soy milk, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper; mix and taste to desired flavor and thickness. Adjust seasonings to taste.
