Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 8 peaches (peeled and sliced)
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter (softened)
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

Prep: 1. Peel and slice peaches. Make: 1. In a bowl combine cinnamon, sugar, and peaches. Toss. 2. In another bowl combine butter, oats, flour, and brown sugar until it resembles coarse crumbles. 3. Pour peaches into the slow-cooker and spread oat mixture evenly over the top. 3. Cover the slow-cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4.

Notes
