Prep: 1. Heat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment. 2. Slice nectarines and cut up butter. Make: 1. Place pie crust on prepared baking sheet. 2. Top pie crust with fruit, leaving a 2-inch border. 3. Dot with butter and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar. 4. Fold edges of dough toward center, overlapping slightly and partially covering fruit. 5. Brush dough with 2 teaspoons water and sprinkle with remaining tablespoon of sugar. 6. Bake until juices are bubbling and crust is golden, 35-40 min.
