Prep: 1. Boil water for pasta. 2. Slice garlic. 3. Drain and rinse beans. Make: 1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions (drain and return to pot when done). 2. Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. 3. Add the tomatoes and beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 3 minutes. 4. Add the cooked pasta. Remove from heat and serve.
You can also add 1 pound of Italian sausage to this if you like, just saute it with the garlic for about 3-4 minutes before adding the tomatoes and beans.
