Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Tear off a generous square of tin foil for each chop, enough to wrap and seal completely. 3. Salt and pepper chops to taste. Make: 1. Put 1/2 tablespoon butter and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil in the middle of each square of tin foil. 2. Put the chops on top of the butter and oil. 3. Put 1/2 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 tablespoon olive oil on top of each chop. 4. Add 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (if using) over the top of each chop. 5. Wrap each chop tightly and place on middle rack of oven. Bake for 35 minutes.
You can add any fresh herb you like to the packets to take these pork chops up a notch.
