Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Brush loaf pan with olive oil. 3. Cut bread into 1/3-inch cubes and toss with broth in large bowl. Let stand until bread absorbs broth and softens, ~10 minutes. 4. Slice/mince/chop: mushrooms, shallots, parsley, thyme. Make: 1. Add to bread bowl: mushrooms, eggs, shallots, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons oil. 2. Add turkey; mix just until blended. 3. Transfer to pan, mounding in center. 4. Bake about 1 hour 25 minutes. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
