Prep: 1. Heat grill over medium-high heat. 2. Chop parsley and chives. 3. Halve lemons. Make: 1. Brush salmon with 2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. Place on grill along with the lemon halves, open face down. Grill salmon until firm and browned, about 4 minutes per side. Grill lemons just until they are juicy and beginning to char. 3. Transfer salmon to a serving platter. Squeeze grilled lemons into a bowl and whisk the warm juice with herbs and remaining 1/2 cup olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Pour warm vinaigrette over salmon and serve immediately.
