Prep: 1. Preheat the oven to 400. 2. Mince garlic. 3. Zest and juice lemon. 4. Chop parsley and almonds (if not using pre-sliced) Make: 1. Mix garlic, oil, lemon, almonds, parsley and season with salt and pepper. 1. Place tilapia fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Evenly distribute the almond-parsley mix over fillets. 2. Bake until topping has browned slightly and tilapia is cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
