Prep: 1. Slice red onions. 2. Chop rosemary. Make: 1. Heat grill over medium-high heat. 2. Toss onions with half of rosemary and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Rub remaining rosemary and olive oil on both sides of pork chops. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Grill onions and pork chops, covered, until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
