Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. Boil water for pasta. 3. Grate parmesan. Slice mozzarella. 4. Chop parsley. Make: 1. Place chicken in an oiled baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through. 2. Meanwhile, Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. (when done, drain and toss the pasta with 4 cups of marinara sauce.) 3. Remove chicken from oven and baking dish. 4. Pour pasta into baking dish and top with chicken breasts. Sprinkle parmesan over chicken and add remaining tomato sauce over the chicken. Arrange mozzarella on top. 5. Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Top with parsley.
