Prep: 1. Mince ginger. 2. Zest lime. Cut zested lime into wedges for serving. Make: 1. Mix yogurt, ginger, dried spices and salt in a large bowl. Zest the lime over the bowl and save the lime for serving. 2. Cut turkey into 1-inch cubes. Add to bowl and marinate at least 45 minutes or up to overnight. 3. Pre-soak skewers if wooden. 4. When ready to cook, heat a clean grill over medium-high heat. Thread turkey onto skewers. 5. Brush grill with oil and grill kabobs, rotating, until the turkey is firm and cooked through, about 3 minutes a side. 6. Transfer to a serving platter. Cut the leftover lime in half and squeeze over the kabobs. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve immediately.
