Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 425 and grease a baking dish. 2. Trim and halve brussels sprouts. 3. Cut cauliflower into small florets. Make: 1. Toss brussels sprouts and cauliflower in prepared baking dish with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, season with salt and pepper. 2. Roast until tender, tossing once, about 25 minutes.
