Notes

"This recipe comes from our friend, Ingmar, who on any night can be found bustling around his NYC apartment kitchen in a colorful apron, pulling forth an amazing dinner for his wife Lisa and their two kids. Although Ingmar grew up in Sweden, his dishes are often pasta based, sumptuous, and Italian-inspired. A favorite during ski season." - Mary, Gatheredtable Founder
