Prep: 1. De-rib and tear kale. 2. Thinly slice garlic. 3. Drain and rinse the beans. Make: 1. Heat the oil. 2. Add kale, garlic and 1/2 cup water and season with sea salt and pepper. 3. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the kale has softened, about 10 minutes. 4. Add beans and vinegar to the skillet. Cook, uncovered, until heated through.
