Prep: 1. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. 2. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook in batches, about 3 minutes per batch. 3. Transfer cooked shrimp to a large plate. 4. Pour remaining 1 tablespoon of oil into the pan and reduce heat to medium. 5. Add garlic and cook until softened, 1 minute. 6. Add red chili flakes (more or less to taste) and marinara and bring up to a simmer. 7. Return shrimp to the skillet along with any juices that may have accumulated. Simmer about a minute, until heated through.
Serve with pasta, polenta, or side of choice.
