Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak (about 1" thick)
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Make: 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Season steak with salt and pepper and cook until your desired doneness, about 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare. 3. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Slice thinly against the grain.
