Hoisin Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 1/2 pounds skirt steak, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil

Directions

1. Heat grill to medium-high. 2. Whisk hoisin sauce with sriracha and rub all over skirt steak. 3. Oil grill with canola oil and grill steak, about 3 minutes per side for medium. 4. Let rest. Thinly slice the steak to serve.

Notes

This simple sauce is a great way to switch up a basic steak.
