Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound orzo
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley (optional)
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Chop parsley Make: 1. Cook orzo according to the package directions. 2. Toss with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

This is great with any herb you have on hand.
