  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Chop mint. Make: 1. Cook bulgur according to package directions. 2. Stir in mint, 2 tablespoons oil and season with salt and pepper.
