Lamb Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Slice scallions. 2. Heat grill. Make: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine lamb, curry powder, scallions, salt and pepper. 2. Form into 6 patties. 3. Drizzle patties with 1 tablespoon olive oil and grill until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side.
