Romaine Salad with Garlic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 romaine heart, chopped into large pieces
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Prep: 1. Mince garlic. 2. Chop romaine. Make: 1. Whisk together the garlic, vinegar and mustard. 2. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper and slowly drizzle in the olive oil, whisking constantly until incorporated. 3. Dress the romaine lettuce with the garlic vinaigrette and serve.
