Prep: 1. Chop onion and bacon. Make: 1. Mix together all ingredients (excluding salt) in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours. For thicker beans leave the lid slightly ajar for the last 30 minutes of cooking. 2. Add salt just before serving.
