Prep: 1. Peel and cut sweet potato into wedges or sticks. 2. Add sweet potato wedges to a large pot with enough water to cover sweet potatoes. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, then drain and pat potatoes dry. 3. Meanwhile, preheat grill. Make: 1. Add potatoes to a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, and garlic powder. 2. Place potatoes on grill. Cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
