Make: 1. Preheat a griddle or large skillet. Lightly grease. 2. Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon. 3. Dip each piece of bread in the mixture making sure it's soaked through. 4. Place bread pieces in skillet and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side depending on thickness of bread.
Take this up a notch by adding 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and ginger. Any bread will work, but day old crusty bread will make this truly amazing. We like to serve this with maple syrup and seasonal fruit.
