Prep: 1. Mince garlic. Make: 1. Whisk together the olive oil, mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinade in the refrigerator for 30 minutes while grill preheats (or overnight if you can). 2. Preheat grill. 3. Grease grill grates and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Tent with foil and let rest for 5 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, cut lemon into wedges. 5. Drizzle fresh lemon juice over the chicken and serve (or serve the lemon wedges alongside).
