Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup chopped scallions white and green parts
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Prep: 1. Chop scallions and basil. 2. Juice lemon. Make: 1. Place the scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, fish sauce, salt, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Add the yogurt and process just until blended.
