Curried Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Prep: 1. Trim ends from beans. 2. Juice lime. Make: 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, stir curry powder in. 2. Add green beans and cook, stirring often, until crisp-tender and browned in spots, 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Toss with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
