Prep: 1. Cut broccoli into florets. 2. Mince garlic. Make: 1. In a skillet, combine broccoli with 1/4 inch water; cook over high until the pan is dry and the broccoli is crisp-tender, 2 to 3 minutes. 2. Add olive oil and cook, stirring, until broccoli is browned in spots, about 3 minutes. Add minced garlic, capers and parsley; toss 1 minute. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
