Prep: 1. Preheat oven to 450 and grease a 9x9 baking dish. 2. Either thinly slice sausage, or remove from casing, and chop basil. Make: 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add sausage and break up while cooking, 5-7 minutes. The smaller the pieces the better. 2. On a floured surface, roll out pizza dough into a rectangular shape. 3. Spread the marinara sauce evenly on the rolled out dough, try to get it to the edges. Place 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by sausage and basil and 1/8 cup Parmesan cheese. 4. Roll up dough as if making cinnamon rolls. Place roll, seam side down, on a cutting board and cut into 8 equal-size slices. 5. Arrange rolls into baking pan and brush with olive oil. Bake until golden brown about 15-20 minutes. 6. Add remaining cheese and basil, return to oven for 2 minutes.
