Prep: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Grate zucchini and garlic. Once grated squeeze all the moisture out. Make: 1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, zucchini, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt and pepper. 2. Make 4 equal patties. 3. Oil grill grates, and cook the burgers on medium heat about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center. 4. Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
