Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 (15 ounce) canned chickpeas
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (or more to taste)
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon dried cumin

Directions

Prep: 1. Juice lemon. Make: 1. Place all ingredient in a food processor (or a very vigorous blender) and blended until well combined. 2. If needed, add a little more water (just a teaspoon at a time) to get the right consistency, blend again.

Notes

Garnish with chopped parsley, drizzle of olive oil, sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
