Asian BBQ Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 1/4 pound chicken thighs

Directions

Prep: 1. Juice lime, mince garlic. Make: 1. Combine everything but the chicken in a small bowl. Whisk to dissolve brown sugar. Add chicken and marinate for 30 minutes while grill heats (or up to 12 hours). 2. Preheat grill. 3. Grease grill grates and cook chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side depending on the thickness (cover while grilling if they are very thick).
