Herbed Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 2 cups of vegetable broth
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Directions

Make: 1. Combine quinoa and water in a sauce pan. Bring to the boil. Stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Let the quinoa cook for 12-15 minutes or until soft and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in the salt, pepper and seasoning.
