Prep: 1. Juice lemon. Make: 1. Stir lemon juice, olive oil, salt, curry, red pepper flakes and garlic together in a small bowl. 2. Place meat in slow cooker and pour spice mixture over the top. 3. Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 7-8 hours. 4. Just before serving, warm pita bread and combine yogurt and cucumber. 5. Serve meat in pita bread with cucumber-yogurt sauce.
