Prep: 1. Boil water for broccoli. 2. Cut broccoli into florets. Make: 1. When water is at full boil, add broccoli for 30 seconds. It will be bright green and perfectly crunchy but not too crunchy. If you prefer it more cooked leave it in for a few extra seconds.
