Prep: 1. Wash and cut kale into 1-inch strips, tough ribs and stems removed. 2. Slice garlic and juice lemon. Make: 1. Heat oil in pan. 2. Sauté garlic until lightly browned, stirring frequently, about 1-2 min. 3. Add kale, reduce heat to medium, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally. Add a little water if kale is beginning to scorch or stick to the bottom of the pan. 4. When kale is done, stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. 5. If there is any liquid on the bottom of the pot, lift out the greens with a slotted spoon to serve. Garnish with toasted seeds, if desired.
You can use this with other greens if you want.
